We know that sometimes you buy something that does not work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason, we did our best to make an exchange, return and refund policy that is helpful for you. Tejor Is always committed to meeting customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with our products, you can easily exchange them by maintaining the following rules.

Product cancellation policy:

 

  • After confirming the order from the next moment, the customer can cancel it at any time before shipped to the delivery service.
  • After successful cancellation, the delivery charge will be credited to the customer’s account.
  • Once the product is shipped to the delivery service, the order can’t be cancelled anymore.
  • If there was any informational mistake like out-of-stock design, color or size, but still the order was taken, then the order will be cancelled automatically and our customer service will contact the customer for re-order.
  • If the customer doesn’t want to re-order again, then the delivery amount will be refunded to the customer’s account via online payment method.

 

Exchange Policy:

 

Any product will qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • You can exchange the same product only once for a size and color. (If our delivery team sends the wrong product twice, then we will consider re-exchanging it again)
  • Products with major quality defects.
  • Wrong product, size or color sent by our delivery team.
  • Any technical error in the process.
  • Exchanges for regular-priced items are allowed within 7 days of product receipt.
  • Items that you want to exchange or return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchange.
  • We will reimburse you with the amount paid for the product and VAT through store credit after we have physically received the product. Please note any shipping costs will not be credited.
  • Discounted products are not eligible for exchange or refund. But, if any Tejor Club member wants to exchange any discounted product, then it will be exchangeable.

Additional Exchange Policy:

 

  • If you are not fully satisfied with the products you bought, bring them back within 7 days of the purchase date if you directly collect form our physical shop and if you purchase online then you can bring them back within 7 days from the delivery date to any of our outlets or our online office address with your receipt or invoice for orders and we will gladly exchange the product.
  • Exchanges must be physical products returned to our online office address or physical shop. Either by courier service, a friend, a family member, or during your next visit. Please note that the value of the exchanged product should be at least the same as the original product’s price. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the purchase value difference must be paid. Upon receiving the product, you can exchange it for another product of equal or higher value.
  • If a customer wants to purchase something lower price than the exchanged product, then they can do it. But only in the condition that the rest of the change will not return to cash. Instead of returning cash, the amount will be debited to the customer’s account, which is listed with the phone number. When a customer purchases anything in the future, it will be adjusted with the total bill at that time.
  • If the customer returns their product for exchange, because they didn’t like it and they want another product or the same product with a different color or size for exchange and their no wrong product, size or color sent by the delivery team, then the customer must pay the product return payment if they return the product to our office by courier service. The customer is also responsible for the next product delivery payment that they want in exchange (from Tejor warehouse to the customer’s address). But if the customer purchased a product that was delivered in the wrong size or color sent by the delivery team, then the total online exchange delivery payment (return from the customer’s address to our warehouse delivery payment + right product from our warehouse to the customer’s address) will be paid by Tejor Lifestyle.

 

Please be aware that purchased shipping costs will not be refunded.

For orders shipped outside of Bangladesh:

 

At the moment, orders can only be exchanged if it is returned to any of our outlets in Bangladesh within 2 months of the delivery date. Exchanges must be physically hand-carried back to Bangladesh either through a courier service, a friend, a family member, or during your next visit. Upon receiving the product, you will be able to exchange it for another product of lower, similar or higher value.

  • Please note any shipping costs will not be credited.
  • If a customer wants to purchase something lower price than the exchanged product, then they can do it. But only if the rest of the change will not return to cash. Instead of returning cash, the amount will be debited to the customer’s account, which is listed with the phone number. When a customer purchases anything in the future, it will be adjusted with the total bill at that time.

Return Policy:

 

We give our best effort to ensure that the product you ordered online meets your expectations, but occasionally orders may reach you in a manner that is not anticipated. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase. Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions (s):

  • If the product does not match your expectations.
  • Products with major quality defects.
  • Products damaged during shipment.
  • Wrong product, size or colour.
  • Product lost in shipment.

 

Additional Return Policy:

 

  • If the customer doesn’t like the product during delivery, they can easily hand it to the delivery man for instant return. In that case delivery charge will not be returned. But if the customer finds any defect during delivery and hands it to the delivery man for instant return, then for the exchanged product, the total delivery will be free of cost for the customer.
  • The original invoice slip must be enclosed with all the returns. We will not be able to accept returned product(s) without the original invoice slip. Please ensure that all original tags are attached to the product. You will be able to return your items within 7 calendar days of receiving the product from our any outlets or receiving the product through Sundarban/SA/Janata courier service to our e-commerce warehouse at the following address:

  • If the delivered product has any issues from our side and you don’t want to exchange it anymore, then the product return delivery charge will be paid by Tejor Lifestyle. But if the delivered product has no issue and the customer wants to return it, then the product return delivery charge must be paid by the customer.
  • For all the successful returns, we will reship the rightful product to you (based on availability).
  • Alternatively, you may visit any of our outlets with the invoice and change the product at the outlet.
  • For purchases delivered to other countries: You are requested to inform Customer Service of any return issue within 7 days of receiving the product. We will get in touch to assist you in processing your return.

 

 

 

Refund Policy:

 

  • We don’t process refunds for orders that are in “Shipped”. We only process refunds for Cancel, Pending or Returned orders.
  • To apply the refund, the customer must contact us first. For contact us, customers can use our social media platforms, our customer service number or email us through our website. For fast response, we suggest to call on our customer service number.
  • Upon receiving your refund request, our team will initiate the refund process, cross-checking and verifying the product’s receipt. The timeline is subject to changes in the order status, reversal of the sale (subject to VAT), and adjustments to the payment method. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
  • Please provide your details, such as Order No, Order Date, and Contact No. (the number from which your order was created), payment method (Bkash / SSLCommerz) and any other relevant information.
  • If you pay via your debit/credit card (via payment gateway) and make a refund request, after cross-checking and processing from our end, it may take 15-20 working days from the end of SSLCommerz to disburse your refund.
  • If you pay via Bkash / Nagad and make a refund request, after cross-checking and processing from our end, it may take 15-20 working days from the end of Bkash to disburse your refund.
  • Fashion jewellery once sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • In case of orders cancelled by Aarong, you will be issued a credit note or refund for any prepaid purchases. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s), applicable taxes and shipping cost. The credit note/refund will be processed for such cases within 30 to 60 working days from the order cancellation date.
  • In case of prepaid orders that could not be delivered to you by our courier partner(s) for any valid reason(s), Aarong will issue a credit note or refund. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. The credit note or refund will be processed for such cases within 30 to 60 working days from the date of receiving the returned item(s) from our courier partner(s).
  • Please note that Tejor will not be responsible for any bank charges paid by the customer for the online transaction and this bank charge will not be credited to the customer’s account.

 

 

Credit Note for purchases:

 

We will issue a credit note for further purchases from our e-commerce page. You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping charge and any additional charge (if applicable) will be credited only under the following condition(s).

  • If the customer pays the delivery charge and then cancels their order before handover the product to the delivery partner, then their delivery payment will be credited to the customer’s account. Customers can easily use those credits on their next purchase.
  • If the Customer exchanges their product for a lower price, then the rest of the amount will be added to the customer’s account as a credit note.
  • If the delivered product has any issues from our side and the customer doesn’t want to exchange it anymore, then the product refund amount will not be added with a credit note. It will be sent to the customer via an online payment method. In that case, it will take 7-10 working days to refund the money.
